Welcome to IELTS Live. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and online IELTS preparation platform located at ielts.live ("Platform"), operated by IELTS Live ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using our Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Platform.

These Terms apply to all users globally, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

You must register for an account in order to access most features of our Platform. By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.
• Keep your password confidential and not share your account credentials with any third party.
• Notify us immediately at ielts.live.2023@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

We reserve the right to refuse registration or suspend accounts that provide false or misleading information.

Through the Platform, we offer a range of IELTS preparation services, including:

• Practice tests and mock exams (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking).
• IELTS preparation courses and study materials.
• Cambridge test resources and past paper exercises.
• Performance analytics and progress tracking.
• Smart Tutor and AI-assisted learning tools.
• Live webinars and interactive sessions.

IELTS Live operates on a freemium model. The following plan types are available:

We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the features available in the Free Plan at any time without prior notice. Access to specific free features does not create any entitlement or contractual right to continued free access.

If you choose a paid plan, the following terms apply:

• Subscription fees are billed periodically (monthly, quarterly, or annually) as indicated at the time of purchase.
• All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes may be added depending on your location.
• You agree to pay all fees and taxes associated with your subscription using a valid payment method.
• Payments are processed securely by our third-party processors: SSLCommerz and bKash. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand.
• We reserve the right to change subscription prices. You will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any price changes. Continued use after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Due to the digital nature of our services, refunds are limited. We will issue a refund only in the following circumstances:

• System Error: A proven technical fault on our end prevented you from accessing paid content or services.
• Faulty Content Delivery: Paid course materials were found to be substantially incomplete, inaccessible, or materially different from what was described at the time of purchase.
• Duplicate Payment: You were charged more than once for the same subscription period due to a payment processing error.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date by contacting us at ielts.live.2023@gmail.com with your order details and a description of the issue. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at ielts.live.2023@gmail.com.

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to premium features until the cycle ends.
• No refunds will be provided for the remaining days of the current billing period after cancellation.
• After cancellation, your account will revert to the Free Plan (if available) or become inactive.
• Your learning data and account information will be retained for 90 days following cancellation, after which it may be deleted. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.

All content, materials, designs, logos, software, trademarks, course materials, test questions, and other resources available on the Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of IELTS Live or its licensors, and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform's content solely for personal, non-commercial IELTS preparation purposes.

You may not:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, republish, download, or transmit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from IELTS Live.
• Sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from Platform materials.

By using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Post or transmit any content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or offensive.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organisation.
• Attempt to hack, disable, overload, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with the Platform or its servers.
• Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access or extract data from the Platform.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.
• Engage in any activity that violates the rights of other users or third parties.

Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action where appropriate.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms or our Privacy Policy.
• You engage in conduct that we determine, in our reasonable judgement, to be harmful to the Platform, other users, or third parties.
• We are required to do so by law or a regulatory authority.
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 24 consecutive months).

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform will cease immediately. If you believe your account has been suspended in error, you may appeal by contacting us at ielts.live.2023@gmail.com within 14 days of the suspension notice.

You may also choose to delete your account at any time by contacting us. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.

The Platform and all its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Platform.

We do not guarantee that use of the Platform will result in a specific IELTS band score or improved test performance. IELTS Live provides educational resources only, and outcomes depend on individual effort, preparation, and external test conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IELTS Live and its directors, employees, partners, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business, or other economic loss.
• Any unauthorised access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein.
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Platform by third parties.

In all cases, our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to IELTS Live in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

IELTS Live shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure arises from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Acts of God, natural disasters, floods, or earthquakes.
• War, terrorism, civil unrest, or government actions.
• Power outages, internet service disruptions, or cyberattacks.
• Pandemic, epidemic, or public health emergencies.
• Failures of third-party service providers or infrastructure.

In such events, we will notify affected users as soon as reasonably practicable and take reasonable steps to resume normal service.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms periodically.

When we make material changes, we will notify you by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
• Sending an email notification to your registered email address.
• Displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may cancel your subscription.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, we encourage you to first contact us directly at ielts.live.2023@gmail.com to resolve the matter informally. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve the dispute within 30 days.

If informal resolution is not possible, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Users in certain jurisdictions may also have the right to bring claims under their local consumer protection laws.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and IELTS Live regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements.
